Yulia and Carl are both dedicated members of the Sedro-Woolley Rotary club.
Yulia has an extensive teaching background and has been with Edward Jones for 5 years.
She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Novosibirsk University of Pedagogy
n Russia and a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in Education from Simon Fraser University in Canada.
