Project Homeless Connect

Skagit Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a one-day event that connects individuals and families that are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless to social and health services. PHC is open to all families and individuals looking to overcome their barriers to stable housing. Skagit Project Homeless Connect would not be possible without the support of caring community members that help plan and volunteer at the event. Last year, 71 community groups, nonprofits, healthcare and government organizations came together to connect 372 guests representing households that include 963 individuals to services in Skagit County. In past years, popular services have included: haircuts, photo ID’s, dental care, housing services, clothing, and a healthy lunch!
