3 pm -- events before the parade include
Pony Rides, Minature Train rides, Horse Drawn Trolley Rides,
Face painting is a Seusslike fashion
A Seuss-y fashion show with prizes for the Who-liest Sedro-Whoollian of all will be held at 4 pm location to be determined.
Tree lighting at 5 pm heralded in by the Cascade Middle School Choir
Kids can visit with Santa at the Eagles Hall from 6 to 7 pm
Fees/Admission
There is no cost to enter the parade but please complete the application and submit in a timely manner.
Once again all entries must be well lit in the Who-liest fashion possible.
A special Grinch Award will be given to the most Sedro-Whoollian entry of all
