WoodFest: Timber to Tech 2019

Come and join in on the fun of WoodFest: Timber to Tech!  With three diferent locations, there is so much to see and do.  Saturday and Sunday the Sedro-Woolley High School Gymnasium will be buzzing with activities.  The students of multiple high schools and middles schools will proudly be displaying there amazing work the have accomplished this year, from woodworking to 3D printing.  We are proud of the students in our schools Woodworking and CTE programs.  Watch live demonstrations from wood turners and carvers, thanks to the Northwest Corner Woodworking Association and the Northwest Washington Wood Turners.  Don't forget about Toys-4-Tots!  Watch the Boy Scout Pinewood Derby Tournament on Saturday and race your own car Sunday.  Browse the wares of various vendors, including: handmade wooden products, quilting, jewelry and more.  Feeling lucky? Take part in our silent auction and raffle!

Perkins Farms will be hosting the amazing chainsaw carving work of local artist Tomas Vbra.  He will be putting on an exhibition of professional chainsaw carving under the pavilion.  Not only can you watch a master at work, but there will also be fantastic family activities.   You can rock paint with Carly Howard, take a wagon ride and taste some on the amazing beverages produced at Eagle Haven.  Don’t forget the food truck!
